Mirikizumab is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting the p19 subunit of the proinflammatory cytokine interleukin-23 (IL-23). This molecule was produced entirely in mice as mouse antibody clone 9F2 and humanized via grafting onto the human IgG4 Fab region. It was developed by Eli Lilly and is intended to treat ulcerative colitis.
