Shikari® (Q-TRAS) Trastuzumab ELISA

Enzyme immunoassay for the quantitative determination of Trastuzumab (Herceptin®, Herclon®)in human serum and plasma.

This kit has been especially developed for the quantitative determination of trastuzumab in serum and plasma samples between the Cmin and Cmax range of concentrations.

Trastuzumab Drug Bank Accession Number is DB00072.

Trastuzumab is a monoclonal anti-human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 protein antibody used to treat HER2-positive breast, gastroesophageal, and gastric cancers. Produced in CHO cell cultures, trastuzumab is a recombinant IgG1 kappa, humanized monoclonal antibody  that selectively binds with high affinity in a cell-based assay (Kd = 5 nM) to the extracellular domain of the human epidermal growth factor receptor protein (HER2).Measurement of biological drug trough levels and antibody to biological drug gained high importance during the course of treatment. These measurements enable dose adjustments and switch to another class of biological drug when necessary.

All SHIKARI® ELISA kits are suitable for biosimilar work.

All SHIKARI® ELISA kits are produced under ISO 13485 quality system.
