The Human Body as a Spike Protein Factory: What the Science Now Tells Us About mRNA Intermediates and Cardiovascular Risk

The Human Body as a Spike Protein Factory: What the Science Now Tells Us About mRNA Intermediates and Cardiovascular Risk

"For Discovery and Better Understanding"

The European Medicines Agency calls it an 'mRNA-loaded LNP intermediate.' Molecular biology defines mRNA as an intermediate messenger. So why do we call these products vaccines?

Because every recipient becomes, by design, a biological production unit for the SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein — and the consequences of that delegation were not adequately characterised before administration to 5.7 billion people.

I have published a sole-authored systematic review synthesising the peer-reviewed evidence on what persistent spike protein exposure does to the cardiovascular system:

→ Spike protein detected in human circulation at up to 187 days post-administration
→ IgG4 class switching after repeated doses impairs immune clearance of free spike
→ Spike protein alone activates NF-κB, upregulates VCAM-1/ICAM-1, and drives the atherosclerotic cascade - without live virus
→ Mast cell activation and histamine release amplify endothelial injury through an identical NF-κB pathway
→ 903 government-compensated deaths in Japan; 28 autopsy-confirmed myocarditis fatalities (median age 44, median time to death 3 days); 99 million-person multinational safety study confirming excess myocarditis signals

This review is not anti-vaccination. It is pro-safety-science.

The same rigorous standards applied to any novel pharmaceutical agent must be applied to mRNA intermediate platforms.
