New Product Release: SHIKARI® (QS-NIVO) Nivolumab ELISA (mAb-Based)

The assay is specifically designed for the quantitative determination of free nivolumab (Opdivo®) in human serum and plasma. Its analytical measuring range has been optimized to cover clinically relevant concentrations between the expected Cmin and Cmax levels, providing reliable performance for pharmacokinetic and immunogenicity research.

The SHIKARI® (QS-NIVO) assay employs highly specific anti-idiotypic monoclonal antibodies to selectively detect free nivolumab molecules capable of target binding, minimizing interference from non-functional or complexed drug forms.
